Your responsibilities
The Community Manager we are looking for will be responsible for effectively communicating with our gaming community, increasing community engagement and loyalty. In this position, it is important to build strong relationships with community members, collect their feedback, and evaluate this feedback for the development of the game.
The candidate will be an active presence on social media platforms, forums, and other community channels, organizing community events, and managing player interactions to ensure a positive community experience. This role also includes producing informative and engaging content for the community and monitoring community dynamics.
The Community Manager will also be responsible for resolving community issues, collecting player feedback, and preparing community-related reports. It is important to collaborate with the game team to understand community needs and develop strategies to address these needs.
Required Qualifications
Applicants for this role must have experience in community management, social media and customer relations. Good communication skills, problem-solving skills and knowledge of community dynamics are key to success.
Creative thinking, content generation skills, and a proactive approach to increasing community engagement are critical to ensuring a positive community experience.
